Marketing Director
AD&V® is looking for a Marketing Director to join our growing and talented Marketing Team. This person will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and support business development. Key responsibilities include campaign strategy, content creation, brand management, public relations, and performance tracking. The Marketing Director will collaborate closely with the Business Development Director and marketing team, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, introducing innovative tools, and staying current with industry trends. This position is perfect for you if…
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
You have seven or more years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, public relations, or a similar role.
Preferably, you have certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, PowerBI, LinkedIn).
You are bilingual: English and Spanish.
You have strong Professional References.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
You have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and MS Project or similar project
management software.
Preferably, you have knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
You have proven working experience in web and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Squarespace, etc).

This is a Full-Time position in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Your responsibilities will include…
Ensure all internal and external materials align with AD&V’s brand standards in quality, messaging, and visuals across platforms.
Represent AD&V in public relations and media engagements, fostering relationships to maximize brand exposure.
Execute and oversee marketing, branding, communications, and public relations strategies to drive firm growth and profitability.
Establish KPIs, monitor metrics such as lead conversion and engagement, and use insights to refine strategies.
Lead strategy and implementation of communication initiatives across newsletters, social media, and the website to showcase AD&V’s expertise.
Supervise SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns to optimize AD&V’s online presence and ensure a user-friendly website experience.
Develop and implement plans to manage potential reputation risks and respond promptly to public relations issues.
Regularly assess competitor positioning and trends to refine AD&V’s market approach and competitive edge.
Identify media opportunities, industry competitions, and speaking engagements, preparing submissions and materials to position AD&V as a thought leader.
Coordinate and manage project photography and documentation to enhance AD&V’s portfolio and marketing materials.
Strategize initiatives to engage AD&V team members with marketing goals, fostering alignment and enthusiasm.
Create, manage, and optimize the marketing budget, tracking ROI and aligning expenditures with strategic objectives.
Oversee hiring, training, and development of marketing team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Assist with AD&V events, podcast production, team-building activities, and initiatives such as internships and the Impact Dashboard.
Write, proofread, and edit marketing materials to engage target audiences while maintaining brand accuracy.
Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all marketing activities and content.
